ARAS is a series of tableware that has the solid appearance of porcelain but is made from a new resin material. It was jointly developed by Ishikawa Resin Industry, a long-established resin manufacturer with a vision to "change the world with materials," and secca, a group of design creators. Despite facing headwinds against plastic, they have succeeded in creating an entirely new type of tableware that combines practicality, design, and sustainability.
