Tsuchi-ya, a new business venture of the Harizly Group, is a glass specialty store. Mitsuo Kawahara is a staff member at the Asakusa Kappabashi main store.
He is in his fifth year since graduating from university and is also a first-year student at a glass-making educational institution, attending school during the week and working in the store on weekends. We explore the driving force behind his role as both a sales staff member and a craftsman, as he effortlessly moves between the worlds of craftsmanship.
After graduating from university, I joined Tsuchiya Kaban and entered the world of Kiriko. My current position as a budding glass craftsman, having worked my way across the group.
