Takumi Sasaki of the Creative Center, who was in charge of the art direction for Tsuchiya Kaban's new randoseru brand "depsoa" and won a Silver Award at the international design award "Indigo Design Award."
He now leads all creative aspects from brand launch, but he admits that in his first year, "I was stifled by fear of failure and my thoughts were at a standstill."
What changed him was the presence of his seniors, who watched over him as an individual and continuously fostered an "environment" where he could take on challenges, as well as a certain realization.
