This phrase, spoken by his club mentor during his school days, has now, as a working adult, transformed into a strong belief in "being a shop that is supported," and it underpins his daily work.
This spring, a new brand base, ATTITU Kamakura (hereinafter "Kamakura store"), opened within the oldest TSUCHIYA KABAN Kamakura store. Daichi Takagi, in his third year with the company, was entrusted with the important mission of being an opening staff member for this new store and faces customers daily at the storefront.
We interviewed him about his third year with the company, from the reality of customer service at TSUCHIYA KABAN, which he is currently passionate about, to the creativity that emerges from working at the store.
