In connection with the project "The 'hidden gems' of the fashion world: Uncovering Japan's leading apparel, accessories and textile brands" run by the British news agency The Worldfolio in collaboration with the international edition of Newsweek, an interview with Shigenori Tsuchiya, CEO of Harisley Co., Ltd. and Tsuchiya Bag Manufacturing Co., Ltd., has been published on the global website.

In an interview, Tsuchiya said that his experience of working hard to widely spread the skills of his father, a randoseru craftsman, made him "think about how we can communicate the value of Japanese artisan skills to the world."

He also said, "I would be happy if our products could spark an interest in Japanese culture among people overseas and help create connections between people."
