Harizly Co., Ltd., a holding company that includes Tsuchiya Kaban Seisakusho Co., Ltd., acquired all shares of TAKA Co., Ltd., which operates the brand "LASTFRAME," which mainly sells knit bags, on November 28, 2025.
As a result, LASTFRAME will continue to be operated by the Harrisley Group. Together with the brands TSUCHIYA KABAN, ATTITU, and objcts.io, which are operated by its subsidiary, Tsuchiya Bag Manufacturing, LASTFRAME will continue to explore technology and design, delivering timeless value from Japan to the world.
